This unfinished garage in Northeast Portland with the plan of renting this studio for college students and eventually their mother to age in place.

This unfinished basement in Southeast Portland needed to be converted to an accessible apartment with new exterior stairs, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom for the homeowner’s relative to age-in-place.

This was a CMU garage built in the 70s that has been converted to a long-term rental ADU studio with full bathroom, washer/dryer and kitchen.

This project is an effort on behalf of the City of Moro to encourage the development of accessory dwelling units by providing pre-designed plans to be offered freely to those looking to develop in Moro or Condon.

This 400sft, one bed, one bath is on a 50 x 100 lot in Portland Oregon, financed through the BackHome loan.

This was a partially finished basement with an unpermitted bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. We redesigned this in partnership with InfillPDX and managed the final interior design and construction.
