About the Project
This 595 squarefoot loft was an underutilized area of this home in Bay Park, San Diego, CA. The client was eager to get this converted into an additional bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet and office during while expecting their second child in January. Built as a partnership with Culitvate Construction, this project was completed in two months with final flooring completed by the client.
