About the Project
This 400 squarefoot garage conversion to a one bed, one bath was built in partnership with Cutivate Construction as a long term rental and eventually house their aging parent in San Diego, CA. This unit has generous vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen areas, in unit washer/dryer and full kitchen. The construction was completed in 3 months with minimal complications. The unit is currently being rented for $1900 per month.
