About the Project

This 1965 concrete masonry unit (CMU) garage had a perfectly good foundation, roof structure, and concrete slab that was rehabilitated in partnership with InfillPDX as the designer and financed by the BackHome Loan. Permitting in Portland took 9 months due to the CMU blocks being partially unreinforced.
