Bryant Detached ADU
About the Project
This 400sft, one bed, one bath is on a 50 x 100 lot in Portland Oregon, financed through the BackHome loan. We used a simple truss system with attic access for additional storage to allow for higher levels of insulation while providing extra storage. The 9ft ceilings were a client “must-have” to have this space feel open and welcoming!
