About the Project
This project provides pre-designed plans to be offered freely to those looking to develop in Moro or Condon on behalf of the City of Moro to encourage the development of accessory dwelling units. The funding for the project has been provided by AARP and the units are expected to have elements enhancing accessibility for individuals 55+ (see AARP’s policy guidance). This project has been completed and is available in both the city of Moro and Condon for future accessible ADUs.
