About the Project
This ADU is a garage conversion from a multi-family unit in University Heights, San Diego, CA. The complexities in this conversion was in the permitting and fire-separation details. With almost two years of permitting due to a construction change issuance, the project was completed as a partnership with Cultivate Construction in six months as a one bed, one bath, kitchen and washer/dryer.
